Hello, sorry don't know where to ask. (the sign up class page for the neck series does not have comment section, so here it is.) I can't do it on Sunday mornings on Zoom. Can the classes be downloaded & done later? thanks. pam

Yes, the classes can be downloaded and watched later. I will send a link to download a recording of the class right after it happens.
