Feldenkrais Method uses mostly internal cues. How do you reconcile that with what Winkelman is saying about external cues?

Excellent question! When I teach Feldenkrais I tend towards external cues, but I also use internal cues. I addressed some of the reasons in these posts:

Fascinating stuff. It is starting to illuminate the issues/problems i've had to improve as a horse rider. I was a dancer, a language teacher, have done Feldenkrais for 30 years, am interested in science and biomechanics, have a little experience in Tag Teaching, AND am interested in learning. Arrrgghhh, where to focus? Thanks Todd and Nick, I've got some new ideas!
