I am offering a new online course focused on movements of the pelvis and low back.

Classes run from March 6, 2022 through April 10, 2022.

Here are the details:

The Class

  • Five one-hour classes focused on movements of the pelvis, with a goal of releasing tension, improving coordination, and building a wider vocabulary of movements in the center of the body.

  • Based on Awareness Through Movement® lessons from the Feldenkrais Method.® (For information Feldenkrais click here.)

  • About 50 minutes of movement and maybe ten minutes of discussion and Q&A about the lesson.

  • Should be fun!

The Time and “Place”

  • Sundays at 10am PST from March 6, 2022 through April 10, 2022.

  • Attend online by Zoom or watch a recording of the class whenever you want.

Pricing

  • $60 for five classes.
