I am offering a new online course focused on movements of the pelvis and low back.
Classes run from March 6, 2022 through April 10, 2022.
Here are the details:
Five one-hour classes focused on movements of the pelvis, with a goal of releasing tension, improving coordination, and building a wider vocabulary of movements in the center of the body.
About 50 minutes of movement and maybe ten minutes of discussion and Q&A about the lesson.
Should be fun!
