New Online Class on Fundamental Movements

Rolling, reaching, squatting and crawling

I am offering a new series of online movement classes focused on infant developmental movements like rolling, crawling, squatting and reaching.

There are five classes, once a week, starting in a few weeks. Attend live or watch a recording whenever you want.

Here are the details:

The Class

• Five fifty-minute classes based on Awareness Through Movement® lessons from the Feldenkrais Method.® (For more information on Feldenkrais click here.)

• Each class will focus on fundamental movement patterns that are important to infant motor development, like rolling, crawling, reaching and squatting.

Times and Dates

• Online Zoom sessions will happen at 10am PST from November 3, 2024 through December 8, 2024 (no class on November 24).

• You will receive a link to download a recording of the class right after it is done.

Price

• $60 for five classes.
