New Class: Better Balance in Standing and Walking
I am offering a new series of online movement classes focused on balance in standing and walking.

The Class
Five fifty-minute classes based on Awareness Through Movement® lessons from the Feldenkrais Method.® (For more information on Feldenkrais click here.)
Each class will focus on improving balance in standing and walking. We will work on transitions from standing to the floor or a chair, balance in standing, and gait patterns.
A great way to improve awareness of the best form of exercise (which is walking).
Times and Dates
Online Zoom sessions will happen at 10am PST from May 7, 2023 through June 4, 2023.
You will receive a link to download a recording of the class right after it is done.
