I’m trying to gauge interest in online movement lessons by Zoom.

Here are some details on what classes might look like:
One hour classes: about 50 minutes of movement and 10 minutes of discussion.
Classes would be recorded, so you could attend live or watch later.
Classes would meet weekly for a series of 5-6 weeks. Each series would focus on a particular theme, such as the shoulders, hips, core, developmental movements, etc.
I would be interested in these classes especially if a recorded option is available. I’m in Melbourne so time zones might be a issue for attending live. I follow your work and have loved the podcasts so keen to do more!
Definitely! I’ve signed up for the training next year and am struggling to find anyone locally teaching in person so if I’m going to practice online it would be great to do this with you. You inspired me to learn more about it in the first place 😊
